According to the article the game is an action-strategy hybrid title for both the PC and Xbox 360 and will actually span the entire Star Trek timeline, from Enterprise to the original series to the Next Gen-DS9-Voyager timeframes. The game is due for release in September 2006.

Nii. Sain täna kätte ST: Legacy, mille ostsin Andricost. Tavahind on seal märgitud 399,-, kuid praegu mingi eripakkumine 299,-. Nii et pidin ära ostma. Ega minu arvuti pole ka just suurem asi, aga täitsa mängib ja tore on! Story saabki alguse 22.sajandist ja Archer'ist, kus areneb välja konflikt Romulanidega. Mäng ise tundub olema Starfleet Commanderi ja Armada kompott - ses suhtes, et tegevus toimub esimese stiilis, kus lendad ringi ja killid vastaseid; story pool, kus toimub jutustus, meenutab Armadas esitatud varianti.

Ostsin ka selle mängu ja tuleb tõdeda, et päris tore meelelahutus. Graafika on hea ning ka story on huvitav. Kõige paremaks küljeks tuleks pidada ehk lahinguks valitavate laevade rohkust, igast ajastust on esindatud piisavalt laevu.

Ainukese miinuspoolena ütleks ehk, et tegijad oleks pidanud veidi rohkem selle kallal vaeva nägema, et mängija mängija vastu lahingud veidi huvitavamad oleks. Midagi jääb asjast puudu, ma ei oska isegi öelda mis, aga strateegiamängude korraldusele jääb silmnähtavalt alla.
